Hello! I know that if Apollo crosses the borders by flight his tattoos will change to AWOL (as he's going to be fiercely Unsettled) but what about flying upwards? For example, when he pops past the cloud line to get some sun would his tattoo change to AWOL?

I was going to go ahead and assume that it would change to AWOL as soon as he crosses the country borders (ie. if he goes for a quick zoom around the world to stretch his legs) but thought it best to check going vertically upwards as well...
