Hi! I just wanted to double-check, I was thinking of apping Grog Strongjaw from Critical Role. He is a member o a race called the Goliath, who are bigger, stronger, and tougher than humans, but only a little bit. For example, he is 8' tall, and weighs around 300 something pounds, and can punch a little harder than a human can. He has grey skin and he looks a little different from a human, but mostly, he could be confused for a really freaky looking human, I think? He speaks common/English, so he can communicate.

1) Would be able to retain his normal form or need to change back and forth from a human?

2) Either way, would his strength need to be a power slot?
