Hello! I was wondering if the 'no AU versions' counts when it's an AU version of one of your OCs? Not in the sense of 'John the fireman, but now he comes from a world where he has a sixth sense' type of AU. The type of AU where the only thing the characters share are a name and one or two things about their upbringing (IE: Strict parents, a parent in politics) but everything else, especially their world, backstory, and personality are different. (In the instance I'm thinking of out of my characters, they don't even have the same design.)
Would the OC be appable under a different name, since they're so exceptionally different from their counterparts, or do they still count as an AU since they have the same birth name and some very minor aspects are similar? Would this be decided on a case by case basis?
